First, please see "About shoe sizes."
If you have any questions, please let us know the following points to expedite the process:

• If you already own a Blue Over: The model and size of the Blue Over *If there is no description on the back of the shoe tongue, it will be printed on the lining. The last digit of the printing corresponds to the size, so please let us know that number.
• If you are considering Blue Over for the first time: Please tell us your usual shoe size or the actual foot length and circumference of the person who will be wearing the shoes.
  *Foot length is the length from the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Foot circumference is the length around the bones at the base of the big toe and little toe.
