Seasonal models, colors, and materials are limited to that season.
We provide repairs so that you can wear blueover for a long time.
However, depending on the manufacturing method, you may not be able to receive sole replacement.

Please check and contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.
At our flagship store in Osaka, you can try out the full lineup, but only what we have in stock. Please see the next page for details on handling locations in each region.
The price is 650 yen (tax included) nationwide. Depending on stock availability, the item will be delivered by Yamato or Yu-Pack.
Your ordered product will be delivered within the shortest possible time. There may be delays due to bad weather, etc.
If the reason is due to the customer's convenience, such as ``It's not what I imagined'' or ``I made a mistake in my order,'' we will accept it as a ``return'' if it meets our return conditions. In that case, please note that all shipping and handling charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
