■ Delivery by Yu-Pack or Yamato Transport (domestic / Japan orders)
Flat rate ¥650 (tax included).
* Applies when the delivery address is the same within a single order.
・A specific delivery date can be requested (available from 4 days after your order).
* Depending on the order date and delivery area, delivery from 4 days after the order may not be possible.
* In some areas, orders without a specified delivery date may actually arrive faster.
・The following delivery time slots are available:
1. Morning
2. 12:00–14:00
3. 14:00–16:00
4. 16:00–18:00
5. 18:00–20:00
6. 19:00–21:00
Please make your selection according to the instructions at checkout.
In some cases orders are shipped from our warehouse rather than our store, which may change the carrier used.
In such cases, your requested time slot will be changed to the closest available time, so please understand in advance.

■ International shipping
For orders shipped outside Japan, the shipping rate is calculated by destination zone and shown at checkout.
For orders shipped to the United States, due to a change in customs clearance procedures for EMS shipments (effective late July 2026), import duties and related fees are charged at checkout together with the shipping charge.
For orders shipped to other countries/regions, import duties, customs fees, and any local taxes are not included in the shipping charge shown at checkout. These are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
