Benexy pop-up during Golden Week

We have been having sunny days lately.

During the Golden Week period from Friday, April 25th to Tuesday, May 6th (national holiday), we will be holding our first pop-up for BENEXY , the footwear brand that is the culmination of Benexy Co., Ltd.'s work on people's feet for over 20 years.

Benexy Co., Ltd. is a company that operates shoe specialty stores nationwide and regularly carries blueover shoes.
We have a track record of delivering shoes that fit many people all over Japan, and we operate as a ``shoe specialist business'' that handles everything from sales and repairs to developing original brands.

We have much to learn from the knowledge and experience of our staff, who have been working with people's feet for many years.

Footwear brand 〈BENEXY〉 What is it?

An original brand launched in 2023 by Benexy Co., Ltd., a group of professionals in footwear distribution.
In addition to being available in two widths, SLIM and RELAX, the brand offers footwear that can be customised after purchase, making it a "lifetime piece".

From the planning stage, we partnered with BATON Co., Ltd. to share our knowledge and technology. We are committed to domestic production and strive to provide a comfortable fit that is tailored to each individual's feet.

The thoughts behind the original

Our original footwear brand, BENEXY , was born as a culmination of over 20 years of experience and technology cultivated in retail and repair.

With a genuine leather upper, unique insole, range of sizes and widths, and repair service, the design concept of "a pair of shoes that can be worn for a long time" is incorporated into every aspect.

The company name, Benexy, is a combination of the words "BENE" (goodness) and "XY" (expansion).
The brand that bears this name, BENEXY, embodies the company's desire to "deliver truly good products to as many people as possible."

Five features that "care for your feet"

1. High-quality, practical genuine leather material that enhances the basic design

The upper is made of "Flügels," a smooth leather with a natural finish that is tanned with a mixture of chrome and tannin and finished with lacquer.
It is 1.6 to 1.8 mm thick, flexible, firm, and has excellent elasticity and stretchability.
The lining is made from pigskin produced in Sumida, Tokyo. This lightweight, breathable material is colorfast and easy to clean.

2. The key is the uniquely developed insole

The comfortable feel of microfiber suede and rubber cork material that conforms to your feet.
The three arch supports and heel cup were designed in collaboration with experts to provide a stress-free fit.

3. Designed to fit not only the length of your foot, but also the width and height of your instep

Available in two widths , SLIM and RELAX , the height of the insoles can also be adjusted in-store.
We aim to provide the "best fit" for each individual's feet.

4. Customize your bike with mudguards and straps

Mudguards are available for all models. Furthermore, for clog and sandal models, you can choose whether or not to add back straps and choose the color. Enjoy creating a pair of shoes that express your own style. ( Customization is available only at BENEXY stores.)

5. High quality and stability thanks to domestically produced soles made in Nagata, Kobe

Our domestic factory has many years of experience and handles everything from last design to manufacturing.
The outsole is made of rubber, developed in collaboration with a manufacturer in Nagata, Kobe, a city famous for its shoemaking, and offers excellent flexibility and grip.
Combined with a lightweight and water-resistant EVA midsole, it is a tough shoe suitable for everyday use.

At this pop-up, we will be introducing the following three models that the brand confidently recommends.

270 (270)

The ultimate "minimal basic clog."
A simple and elegant look combined with exceptional comfort. Suitable for formal occasions.
The name comes from the fact that it can be worn for 270 days in spring, summer and autumn, assuming a year has 360 days.

180 (180)

Velour leather envelope-style sandals.
The soft texture and Velcro belt give it an urban look, making it recommended for dress styles.
It is named after the fact that it can be worn for 180 days during the spring and summer.

360 (360)

A hybrid model that combines sneaker features with an open-lacing plain-toe heel.
Combining a relaxed fit with a firm hold, these shoes are perfect for 360 days of the year.
