Spring Shoe Festival is being held!
Winter is over and we are feeling the warmth of spring. The cherry blossoms will soon be in bloom. How are you all doing?
Now, the new season begins in April 2025. Blue Over will be holding a massive pop-up event, the largest ever. It's called the "Spring Shoe Festival!" and it will be a little different from previous pop-ups.
A pop-up will be held at BENEXY in Shinjuku, Tokyo from Thursday, April 10th to Thursday, April 24th. BENEXY is a store that regularly stocks our products, and is a company that was formerly known as BIRKENSTOCK Japan, which has since changed its name to BENEXY. We have a lot to learn from the knowledge and experience of the staff who have been dealing with people's feet and shoes for many years.
We are hosting our first pop-up at this wonderful store!
BENEXY Shinjuku store is conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from the east exit of JR Shinjuku Station.
1. The long-awaited new work "Barracuda" debuts in Tokyo
One of the highlights of this pop-up is the display of all new Barracuda models in store. Based on Marco's last, it incorporates the essence of sports shoes from the 1970s and has been reconstructed in a blue over style. The extra-thick oiled leather has a texture that is convincing at first sight. As a brand, it is a pair of shoes that you should definitely see.
2 Mikey's various color variations!
The other is the Mikey color variations. This season's popular cobalt and gray, as well as spring-like mustard, are available. In addition, the ever-popular black sole model is also available. This gives you even more choices than the usual lineup in stores.
3 Marco exhibits all models
And Marco, which receives the most inquiries from the Kanto region, will have all models available at this event. Marco is popular as a beautiful and comfortable business sneaker. If you're interested, please come and check it out in store!
4 Mikey Tote Bags You Can Only See Here
In addition, the directly managed store in Osaka will also be exhibiting a tote bag made of Mikey's secretly popular velour at this event. It is a simple yet well-made tote bag.
5. Receive a pin badge as a purchase bonus
During this event, customers who purchase blueover products will receive a limited number of special Mikey pin badges in two colors: taupe and navy.
6 BO special booklet distributed free of charge
In addition, a booklet has been prepared for this event. It not only contains the brand story and past reading material, but also information about the new logo and even a piece written by Ryunosuke Murokoshi, who is well known from Koten Radio, about his views on Blueover. It's a very interesting book, so if you're a Blueover fan, be sure to pick it up and take it home with you.
This pop-up event will be like a festival like no other, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by renovation work at our direct store in Osaka, Struct, until April 11th. BENEXY
The company name BENEXY is a combination of the Latin word "BENE," which means "goodness," and "XY," which expresses the idea of spreading good things. The company will launch its own original brand in October 2023, with blueover cooperating in its development.
