Notice of shipping fee revision

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of blueover. We will inform you about the shipping settings for your ordered items and the free size exchange service.

Currently, the blueover online store offers free shipping for customers who purchase over 11,000 yen. If the size of the shoes you purchased does not fit, we offer a one-time replacement service free of charge.

However, due to the recent rise in shipping costs, it has become difficult to continue these services. Therefore,

・Both services will be discontinued as of Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

It has been decided to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers who support us on a daily basis, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The following new rates and services will apply to orders placed after June 1, 2023.

・Standard delivery (nationwide): 650 yen (tax included)

・When exchanging the size, the customer will be responsible for returning the item, and blueover will be responsible for shipping the exchanged item.

We apologize for the burden and inconvenience caused by the price revision, but we will do our best to make ``blueover'' necessary for our customers and the local community.
