They are experts with specialized knowledge of feet and shoes, and the skills to select and fit shoes that suit your feet.

It's been more than 10 years since I've been involved with blueover .

I think I've probably sold several thousand pairs of shoes over the last 10 years.

I have studied feet and shoes on my own and have provided the best advice I can.

I often receive very kind words from customers, and I'm really glad I chose this job.

 

On the other hand, we often fail to satisfy our customers and cause inconvenience to them.

When we fail to meet a customer's expectations, we feel truly sorry.

Since everyone's needs in shoes and the shape of their feet are different, it would be difficult to meet the expectations of all customers.

However, I have always wanted to improve my knowledge and skills and provide more accurate proposals to satisfy as many customers as possible.

So, I decided to take the plunge and take the shoe fitter training course mentioned above.

 

The shoe fitter training course was held from morning until night over three days.

At school, I learned everything about feet and shoes, including ergonomics, foot diseases and disorders, foot measurements, and knowledge about shoes.

The instructors in charge of each course were active experts, such as doctors and famous shoe manufacturers.

By receiving direct guidance from experts, my understanding of feet and shoes has greatly increased.

It was over 20 years ago when I was a student.

It was difficult to take classes after such a long time, but thanks to you, I managed to pass the confirmation test on the last day.

However, the road to becoming a shoe fitter is not that easy.

You cannot obtain a qualification just by attending a course.

In order to obtain the qualification, there is a task to submit, and it is necessary to measure and submit the footprints of 50 people.

For foot measurement, each point on the foot is measured using a measuring tool and a medical record is created.

The measurement takes approximately 30 minutes, and there is no need to make a reservation.
